What to Bring

We want you to arrive with ease — here's what to bring and what we've already taken care of for you.

Comfortable Clothing

Wear clothing you can move freely in. Layers are great if you run cool.

Water Bottle

Stay hydrated before and after class. We ask that you avoid eating a heavy meal 1-2 hours before practice.

An Open Mind

That's truly all you need. Every practice is different — just show up and let it unfold.

Props Provided

Mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are all available for your use — no need to bring your own.

Arriving at the Studio

We ask that you plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class begins. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and ease into your practice without any rush.

Check In with Staff

When you arrive, stop by the front and let our staff know you're here. We'll get you checked in and pointed in the right direction.

Set Up Your Practice Space

Head into the studio and choose a spot that feels comfortable. Grab any props you'd like from the prop area — mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets are all available.

Keep Conversation to a Whisper

We ask that conversation before class is kept to a low whisper. This helps everyone settle into a calm, focused headspace and honors the practice of those already in the room.

The Door Locks at Class Time

Once class begins, the studio door will be locked. This protects the flow and focus of the class for everyone inside. Please plan ahead so you're settled and ready before we begin.
